Review
This application lets the user recover its network passwords stored on the system. When connecting to a network share on a LAN or the .NET Passport account, Windows allows to save a password in order to use it in every time that a connection is made to the remote server.
This program retrieves all network passwords stored on the system for the current logged-on user. It can also recover the passwords stored in Credentials file of external drive.
Additionally it can also read credentials from an external profile in the current operating system or from another external drive but the user must know the last logged-on password used for this profile, because the file is encrypted with the SHA hash of the log-on password, and without this, the file cannot be decrypted.
No installation needed, just run, next the main window displays all network passwords found on the user's system. Finally select one or more items, and then copy them to the clipboard, or save them to text/HTML/XML file. |
- Recover lost network passwords.
